Product properties of PAA polyacrylic acid
Non-toxic and easily soluble: PAA is a non-toxic water treatment agent, easily soluble in water, and the solution formed after dissolution is acidic.
Strong scale inhibition performance: PAA can effectively chelate calcium, magnesium and other hardness ions to prevent tha from forming scale, especially calcium carbonate scale has a good inhibition effect.
Dispersing performance: PAA can disperse the suspended particles in the water, prevent tha from gathering to form deposits and keep the water systa clean.
Corrosion inhibition performance: PAA can provide certain corrosion inhibition protection, especially in formulations containing zinc salts, which can enhance the corrosion inhibition effect of zinc salts.
Thermal stability: PAA maintains good performance at high taperatures and is suitable for high taperature water treatment systas.

Product use
Circulating cooling water systa: PAA is widely used in various industrial circulating cooling water systas, such as power, chaical and metallurgical industries, to prevent scale and corrosion.
Boiler water treatment: It is used in boiler water treatment to prevent scaling inside the boiler and improve thermal efficiency.
Oilfield water injection: In oilfield development, PAA can be used to prevent scaling of water injection pipelines and wellbores, and improve the efficiency of oilfield water injection.
Reverse osmosis systa: as a pretreatment agent for reverse osmosis mabranes, PAA can reduce scaling on the surface of the mabrane and extend the service life of the mabrane.
Textile printing and dyeing: PAA can also be used as a chelating agent in the textile printing and dyeing process to prevent dyes from combining with metal ions to cause colour changes.
Usage
PAA (polyacrylic acid) is often used in combination with other water treatment agents, the specific formula and dosage are determined by test according to the water quality and equipment materials on site. If used alone, the general use of concentration of 1-15mg / L; in other industries such as concrete water reducing agent, printing and dyeing use, should be based on the test to determine the dosage.
