HEDP is a kind of organic phosphoric acid scale and corrosion inhibitor, can form a stable complex with iron, copper, zinc and other metal ions, can dissolve metal surface oxides, in time in the high taperature of 250 degrees Celsius can still play a good corrosion and scale inhibition.
HEDP solid is suitable for the cold region, especially used in the electronics industry cleaning agent and daily-use chaical additives.
How to use HEDP
As scale inhibitor concentration: 1~10Mg/L;
Concentration as corrosion inhibitor: 10~50Mg/L;
Concentration as cleaning agent: 1000~2000Mg/L.
HEDP is usually used in conjunction with polycarboxylic acid type scale inhibitor and dispersant. When used in other industries, the dosage should be determined according to the test.
